1. CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS WITH PRIOR NOTICE:
HIGH SEASON: (from March 22 to 31 - from June 15 to July 15 - recess week from October 7 to 13 - from December 27 to January 15) Once the term to exercise the right of withdrawal has expired (Law 1480 of 2011-Art 47), Hotel Múcura Club DOES NOT make any type of refund. If the cancellation is made between 30 to 16 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will issue a service voucher valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
LOW SEASON: Once the term to exercise the right of withdrawal has expired, Hotel Múcura Club (Law 1480 of 2011-Art 47), DOES NOT make any type of refund. If the cancellation is made between 30 to 10 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel will issue a service voucher valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
2. WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
When you reserve our services through https://www.mucuraclubhotel.com or the telephone reservation center, you may exercise the right of withdrawal no later than within 5 business days from confirmation of the purchase. The withdrawal will not apply for reservations whose arrival date is before five days. To retract, send an email to centralreservas@mucuraclubhotel.com if you made your purchase through the website, or call (+57) 314 480 6902 if you made your purchase through said channel. The refund of the money will be made without deductions of any kind, by bank deposit in the name of the owner of the reservation or by reversal to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the payment method used, within 30 calendar days following the exercise of retraction.
3.NO SHOW:
If the passenger does not show up at the hotel on the scheduled arrival date, the entire contracted services will be charged. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR A REFUND.
4.EARLY DISRUPTION OF ACCOMMODATION:
Any early departure from the hotel by the passenger's decision WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, except due to force majeure or a duly proven fortuitous event. Example: weather reasons, acts of terrorism, earthquakes, hurricanes, calamity or medical emergency. In the event that the existence of force majeure or unforeseeable event is proven, it will give rise to a refund, generating a charge for administrative expenses of 10% corresponding to the night(s) not taken by the guest.
5.MODIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION:
The reservation may be modified in high season without penalty up to 15 days prior to the arrival date, in low season up to 10 days prior to the arrival date. The new dates chosen will be subject to availability and the rate will be the one in force at the time of confirming the modification. The modification must be made through the same means and channel through which the reservation was made. DOES NOT APPLY FOR NON-REFUNDABLE RATE.
6.NON-REFUNDABLE FEE:
Cancellation of reservations is not allowed, therefore any cancellation will have a penalty of 100% of the value of the reservation.
